The Benesyst Team
Rob Contin – President
Rob has nearly thirty years of experience in benefit plan design, communications, implementation and administration. As Benesyst’s President, he is involved in new sales and the design of our administrative service architecture, quality improvement and measurement, and research and development relating to new services offered to our clientele.
Trevor Farnum – Chief Technology Officer
Trevor’s main responsibility is to our clients and ensuring that Benesyst’s administrative and technology teams are delighting our customers each and every day. Trevor has been with Benesyst since 2006 and holds an MBA and a BS in Computer Science from Augsburg College. He is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Previous to Benesyst, he served as a Director of IT at a division of Siemens, a Director of IT at a division of Vivendi and the Chief Architect at USFilter.
Irene Holm – Chief Financial Officer
Irene joined Benesyst in 2007 as its Chief Financial Officer. Her role is to ensure the overall financial health of the company and to safeguard financial transactions for its clients. Irene holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Augsburg College and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Benesyst, Irene worked as a Retirement Consultant at Towers Watson and served as the Benefits Manager and Finance Manager for the Star Tribune.
Sandy Alubowicz – Vice President of Operations
Sandy serves as the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the operations and performance of all Benesyst products. She leverages her industry experience to support future product enhancements and new product development. Sandy’s distinguished career includes senior management positions in claims and service operations at firms including WageWorks, Univita Health and Medica. Sandy served in the Peace Corps and continues to volunteer her time for worthy causes.
Molly Gallagher – Manager, Implementation Services
Molly has been with Benesyst since 2005. Her role is to provide professional project management for implementations across all of Benesyst’s business lines. Molly started in our COBRA Continuation Services department and moved to Coordinator, Implementations Services before being promoted to Manager, Implementation Services. Molly received her degree from the University of Minnesota.
