Retiree Billing Administration

Retiree Billing services are generally offered in conjunction with COBRA and State Continuation Services. Benesyst's Retiree Billing Services allows employers who have retirees obligated to pay for all, or a portion of their Retiree Plan coverage, to outsource the billing, collection, payment processing, eligibility and customer service functions to Benesyst. With Retiree billing, most employers want top-notch service for their long-term employees who have since retired. After all, these are the employees who helped build the company, and many may still have an ownership interest or other strong ongoing connections to the organization.

Often times, subsidy arrangements are complex. These subsidy arrangements may run concurrently with COBRA, and may or may not discharge the COBRA continuation obligations.
