Benesyst Releases New Website and
Portal
Benesyst
released its new website and portal
in mid March 2007, creating an online
resource richer in content and services
as well as more useful and intuitive
to use for its employer-clients and
their employees. The site's new look
is generally more expressive of Benesyst's
broad capabilities and service standard
leadership. The new portal, written
entirely in .NET technologies, is accessible
through the website or directly, and
provides more services, more information
and a high level of information security.
FSA users, upon login, will see a convenient
box illustrating the most recent five
claims processed by Benesyst. The box
features a "meter" next to the received
date of any claim not already paid via
the Benesyst Benny
TM
Benefits Card; if the most
recent claim is still in process, the
"meter" shows which stage of processing
it's in. But don't blink - Benesyst's
RapidPay system gets those claims out
the door fast! There's a new automated
claim form which validates responses
and automatically totals all entries.
The tax-savings calculator has been
updated and HR will appreciate the brand
new reporting engine which is as versatile
as it is fast! There's a lot more for
employees, plan participants, retirees
and COBRA enrollees.
For our valued consultant and broker
community, there are now over sixty
pages of content! Consultants, brokers
or employers wishing to find out more
about Benesyst will enjoy the features
of the new site. A lot more is available
through our new and rapidly growing
partnership program.
In terms of transition to our new site,
we were careful to design the features
and navigation in such a way as to make
the transition intuitive, easy and painless.
The diagram below indicates the largest
navigational difference, which is the
relocation of the "login" button to
the upper right-hand corner, as opposed
to the left hand column.

If you are a returning user, you will
need to login and then immediately establish
a new username and password. In keeping
with today's need for high security,
the password requirements are stronger
than in the past. Just follow the instructions,
and once the new portal opens up to
you, you'll feel right at home!
