Benesyst provides extensive online services through the FSA Participant Website.

Create an account today!

You can instantly create a user name and password to access your FSA online. From the Login Screen select “Create an Account”. Either provide your Social Security Number (SSN) and Home Zip/Postal Code or Last 4 digits of SSN, Last Name and Home Zip/Postal Code. Select a User Name and create a password. 

Wealth of Information

Through the FSA participant website you can view account history, balance information, claims in progress, reference information, faxes received and view Benesyst Benny™ Benefits Card status. You can also submit claims, upload documentation and submit Card documentation online. 

Go Green! 

Once you provide a subscription email, you can elect to receive account statements (if provided by your employer) and direct deposit vouchers directly through email instead of hard-copy. 

Email Confirmation of Faxes received

You can also elect to receive email confirmation when faxes are received by Benesyst. You can also track faxes online and see the status of claims in progress. 

Enroll in Direct Deposit Online

Receive your reimbursement faster and save a trip to the bank. If provided in your employer’s plan, you can elect to receive your FSA reimbursements via direct deposit (ACH) directly to your checking or savings account (refillable credit/debit cards are not eligible for direct deposit). 

There is no additional cost for this service and using direct deposit will save you a trip to your bank to deposit your reimbursement check.  

In order to receive direct deposit reimbursement, you must provide Benesyst with your account (checking or savings account) information including: bank routing (nine digit number) and bank account numbers.
