COBRA Eligibility Management 

Carrier Eligibility Management (CEM) allows employers to delegate all COBRA enrollee and related carrier billing and eligibility functions to Benesyst. Once an employee terminates (or a covered person otherwise loses coverage), Benesyst takes it from there. Employers retain full informational access and reporting online, 24/7. Employers can  instruct the carrier to split-bill all COBRA enrollees (and/or retirees) to Benesyst directly. Benesyst will reinstate and terminate coverage from COBRA or Retiree Plans as appropriate according to established plan rules. Benesyst manages all customer service functions as well. Plainly put, our clients get out of the COBRA administration business and we focus on delivering superior service and compliant results.
