Benesyst Announces New V.P. of Sales & Marketing

Dear Partners,

After a lengthy search, (we're pretty selective!) I am very pleased to announce the selection
of Christine Zmich as Benesyst's new V.P. of Sales and Marketing. Christine will be responsible
for developing the Benesyst marketing strategy, sales pipeline, sales recruiting, marketing materials,
approaches, campaigns and so forth. While I will continue to support sales and marketing, my
role will become primarily advisory and supportive over time, as I focus more closely on our research and
development efforts and Christine fully takes the reins for the marketing and sales function.
For many years we've grown largely because professionals like you have recommended us to your colleagues
and clients. Our promise is to continue do everything that has earned your confidence; we have much
more in store! Why this new position? We wanted the
greater support
for our key brokers and consultants, more
focus on targeting our markets, and more emphasis
on
building partnerships. We made this key selection with great care. Benefits
outsourcing is increasingly a technology-based endeavor, but service remains essential. Christine's long
experience with human resources consulting and extensive background in ERP technology sales - including the HR
modules - combined with her natural tendency to partner, will enable her to add value for you. Christine
came to us from the Capital H Group, a human resources consulting group based in Chicago, where she drove the
marketing strategy and revenue generation for this worldwide group. Before that, Christine worked as an
account executive for Bearing Point, a global technology services company, where she focused on HRIS systems.
Prior to that, Christine was the top producer for Alternative Resources Corporation for her entire ten year tenure
with them. Throughout her career, Christine has worked with mid sized organizations up through Fortune 500
companies. Christine graduated from Michigan StateUniversity with high honors and resides with her husband
Greg, a CPA, and their two small children in Cincinnati. Most importantly, Christine was selected from a wide
field of candidates because of her high-integrity and consultative approach to sales. She understands that
Benesyst's job is to help you grow your business.
Christine actually began her career with us back in July of this year and has been dedicating herself to mastering
Benesyst products and their application. She's now ready and excited to begin helping you! Christine
will work out of Benesyst's Cincinnati office. This office has operated for the last four years as our sales,
marketing, communications, and consultant/broker support office, nationwide. (Operations and our Data Center
will continue to be housed in Minneapolis.) Ashley Evans, Carla Landon and Julie Ellison in our Cincinnati
office and our technical and administrative staff in Minneapolis will also be directly supporting Christine in
her efforts to bring the best tools to the market's most discerning brokers and consultants.
